Appointment Wizard

This new version Appointment Wizard has a direct connection to Vision 3, you must therefore login to Vision 3 before running the Wizard.

The download file is an .xlsm for Excel 2007 and above.

Note - Please make sure you download and save this excel report to a folder on your clinical system, do not run it from this webpage.
  • There is a drop-down list option in the Excel report that imports all booked appointment data, free slots, cancelled and unavailable between the date range you set.
  • Any appointment shown in the "Who_Made" column as "09VOS" are those made by the patient online.
  • It also includes an active analysis of all the appointments currently on the clipnote

  • This update displays an optional button on the 'Date_Range' sheet when the "Booked Appointments" extract has been compiled, that removes all the patient demographic details from the report sheet, so that the Excel file may be sent to an external source.

  • This new update now includes "Held_by" which is the "Reserved for web" slot. This enables you to do a complete online analysis of your appointments. The "Reserved for web" slot is retained even after the appointment has been made. Therefore you can demonstrate the % of normal GP slots made available to online services.
